Well yeah. Millions of traffic stops happen in a year. The news doesn't report on the ones that end without a gunfight.

Floyd was in the SUV back seat and refused to sit up, he resisted arrest with two officers on each door trying to restrain him inside the car. He flopped around the backseat until they dragged him out head first onto the ground. That’s when the restrained him until paramedics came.

After Floyd begged the cops to take him out of the car.


Another interesting bystander video has the ex-girlfriend of Floyd who just happened to be acroos the street when all this went down, can be heard yelling at Floyd to "just sit in the damn car" And when Floyd continues to resist, she can be heard saying "damn, now they're going to take him to jail". If only.


There is no question that Floyd was culpable in his death but unfortunately for Chauvin, that likely won't be taken into consideration.


Thing is, if you watched the defense expert contradict the "final cause of death" saying the Medical Examiners report should have said "Undetermined", that can present reasonable doubt but I doubt Chauvin is going to be that lucky.


One thing I found a bit contradictory in the Medical Examiners testimony, was that he chose not to watch any footage of the scene, according to him, so that he wouldn't be "influenced" in his decision and yet in his final decision he said death was caused by lack of oxygen with actions of law enforcement contributing to this. If he didn't watch the video and nobody told him what happened at the scene, how did he know that the cops were involved at all before rendering cause of death?
