My business is wonderfully developed, thank you. I do plenty behind the scenes already that is off the clock business maintenance and improvement. I've never needed to go offering more BCD time for no compensation to retain the level of clientele I was after. If I weren't getting repeat business, I'd probably look for other ways to attract that sort of thing. But I don't go fixing what isn't broken.

It is impossible to get people who care about money more than honesty and integrity to ever care about giving their customers an experience of equal value to what they pay.

The only thing you can do is point out to customers that they have options. Providers who give as good as they get. Providers who are honest about their menus.
