I disagree with both assertions. My point was that when Indys took control of the market from ASPD it FELT like a revolution was going on in the local hooker board landscape and I think that the provider oriented nature of that site was one of the reasons for its success. There are others. Indys was just a better product all the way around.
Devo didn't say a revolution was going on but I was comparing the present time to what happened on the local scene from 2007 to 2008. ECCIE is more or less the successor to ASPD and I think it has basically the same review system ASPD had that Devo advocates. Whatever is happening with ECCIE and Indys now doesn't feel like a revolution to me. It feels like a couple of people who like each other are hanging out in a new place . Nothing wrong with that at all. My point was that if ECCIE does become a major player in the local market at Indys expense, it won't be because the mindset at Indys regarding reviews is somehow flawed. There would be other factors coming into play.

How can you even compare the review systems on the same page, let alone call them similar?
ASPD gave male members free access if they did them, now Indys is doing the same.
ASPD did not allow providers to respond in reviews, while Indys has let the providers BLUDGEON guys for saying stuff they didn't like, I actually kept checking in from time to time, JUST to see some of the legendary melt downs from providers who went PSYCHO on guys for a bad review.
Providers were NEVER allowed to moderate or impose any sanctions on men at ASPD, it was all handled by MALES who were in the hobby, further, there WERE NO female moderators at all doing any real interaction with the men, in any case.
Especially female Mods who are handing out cups of shut the fuck up to guys IN A REVIEW DISCUSSION.
The review system at Indys had no incentive for guys to tell the truth, and every incentive to give false positives, and withhold bad reviews.
Other than both sites reviews were written in English, I don't see anything else in common.
Further it was the goal of ASPD, to make providers live up to a better standard, therefore, Improving the pool of providers available for the men, not, like Indys, which is all about cuckolding the men, making them more accountable for their words, and doing everything to further the providers in making money.
Hell, I could say ASPD even generated competition amongst the providers.
Indys?
Put a new provider on there for one day, and every other provider was already PMing her to raise her rates to 200 bucks for a fucking handjob.
Hell, King Solomon discovered a college girl in Indiana, whose doing 100 dollar sessions, and he brings her to Indys, and shes suddenly worth 200 bucks for a hefty, inexperienced noob, who wont even post a pic, and is working out of someewhat open college environment, with room mates.
I fail to see specifically or see pointed out where exactly Indys EVER did anything better for the men, than ASPD did.
