REPs refuse to hold a hearing on a nominee and think it is "god's will" to act like assholes.

But a REP governor gets angry when the DEMs hold a hearing but don't confirm his nominee. AT least they held a hearing.

And yes Old-Twerp, I agree it is wrong - then and now. But I know of no mechanism to ensure that if the Reps hold hearings, the Dems would not just pocket that concession and reassert the Biden Rule the next time there is a GOP nominee. So doing the right thing would mean allowing the Dems to stack the SCOTUS in their favor for a generation, just to uphold a principle that Biden, Schumer and Reid have already repudiated.

You claim to hate HYPOCRISY - yet you only call it out against one side. Let's be honest. The Dems can only be trusted to follow one rule. That's the Hildabeast Rule. The Hildabeast Rule says the Dems are exempt from everyone else's rules. It always comes in handy, whether you're talking about confirming a SCOTUS nominee close to an election or storing the nation's secrets on a private server!
