Lusty think is around Cheat lake, could be and probably wrong. It's been a long time for me civiy boating. Now back in my younger days, before I was an aviator, the boys would hover the hawk, release the package into the water, pop, 1 RV11, then exit the hawk, into the water, climb in the boat, head towards shore. Or climb into the exit tank on a sub, decompression would take place, pop the hatch, then feel your way along the ropes, then pop the release valve, the RV11 would pop to the surface, and you followed very slowly. The sub would be at a depth of 20 meters or periscope depth, always at night. That always gave me a chub.

Apologies LL, it's actually called the Laurel Fork River and it's in WV.
There's also Laurel Run that feeds into the Greenbrier, wonderful place to hike and fish.
