Because she has posted pictures recently where she isn't heavily airbrushed. In the baseball pics, its a bit too obvious... the two sets of pics really don't look like each other facially.

Example.. the shot you posted above is a good face shot. Fairly minor filtering. The body aspects of the baseball pics are good-- but the face just looks heavily airbrushed and it really isn't necessary.

I wouldn't claim it to be fake.. the gent has seen her before and is obviously a regular client. I have no reason to doubt 200K's review of Kitty.

However, the baseball photos are very obviously heavily edited. Which, is really not necessary because she is a fairly attractive woman. I'm not sure why she feels the need to do that.. her undoctored face shots are good.
