Yah the part where they show the video footage from the speech from the government person talking about sentencing was pretty much inaudible too. From the screenshots they had from the police website I noticed that their bail was $1,000 and the charge was prostitution. I'm really not sure if they applied the new law to them. At the least I think the charge for the buyer isn't going to be prostitution anymore it's soliciting or something. Before there was just one charge, prostitution, for either the buyer or the seller. Well, I am assuming these guys were buying lol.
