Nice to see Kenny have a nice game! Amazing what happens if you throw downfield. Defense was the kind of excellent I’ve been expecting all season. Lot of plays made by different guys.
Would like to know if our skill position guys can simply run back to the huddle after making a play. We had 2 taunting penalties and Najee should have had a 3rd. Common thing with Tomlins teams.

Pretty much. In the Stone Age. They have no chance to beat the better teams.

And that’s the problem. There’s 4qtrs. The Steelers can’t depend on Defensive splash plays, dropped passes, opposing coaches dumb decisions and missed kicks. All of those contributed to their wins more than their 4th qtr offensive play. They really haven’t played a complete game. But hey, they’re 4/2

... Heard a few less-than-lustre comments during the game
that surely help tell a woeful tale.
When the Steelers reached the "red zone" (half-way thru the game)
it was onley their eighth (8th) time this season - and this
was their sixth (6th) game...
And going into today's game - the Steelers ranked 30th
in points scored...
... So to today - the offence has STUNK... ...
... But Pickett played a lot better in the second half
and our side surely scored enough points TO WIN!
... The true test will be next week's match with Jacksonville
and how Pickett and the offence plays then.

Well, they did put up 180yrds in the 4rth qtr. Pickett looked like a bonafide NFL. Hopefully, it’s the start of good things.

Hopefully the knowledgeable football people can teach you a thing or two, because it's not a case of if, but when. KP was running for his life in the first half because the Rams were coming with some blitzes that they hadn't shown on film before, and GP also botched a couple of plays, but once they got it sorted, KP was completed 11 of 12 passes in the second half for 151 yards. He also lead his 6th game winning fourth quarter drive, which doing 6 of those this early in his career puts him in some elite company. In time you will see that I'm right about him.

The Steelers have never knelt for the anthem, and unless you have only watched a few pro games, the last part of the sentence is just as wildly inaccurate.

Another statement that has absolutely no basis in reality.

They did stay in the locker room for the National Anthem. Except for Big Al.

So 1Peezy, did you see the stats for Minshew against the Browns? 305 yards passing. 1TD passing, 2 running. 38pts and almost 500yrds of offense. Using your logic, he’s better than Kenny.

They never knelt. That guy keeps calling them the Kneelers for some reason. I won't say why because I'll be sanctioned.
Minshew is a solid QB. KP will have a better career than Minshew. I never said that you can rate one QB as better than another solely based off of one game. In fact, what I've said is that you should look at more than just the most basic stats, but as I've said, you will see. Time will prove me right, and hopefully your friends will impart some knowledge to you while you drink your bottle of Korbel with them.

And BTW, the name is 1pittsburgh. I've received 5 points for calling you by the literal English translation of your Italian screen name.

It’s actually Babe Ruth’s nickname. He wasn’t Italian. And why I chose the handle. I don’t think the Porters consider “Peezy” a racial slur or an insult. It appears they actually like it. Does it offend you? But you did claim KP’s stats against the Browns were an indicator that he might be better than Purdy or LJ because they’re stats weren’t as good against the Browns. Go back and review our posts. You were sticking to it.

... Actually, that Ruth fellow was said to be Australian
(on his Mum's side) and surely hit A LOT of homers and what-not.
Maybe we can all just quit with the name-callings and just
stick to Steelers football - without attacking others for
their-own OPINIONS on things.
... That said - Mark Madden (from sports talk) is sayin'
that the win yesterday gives the Steelers false hope.
I think the Steelers look no different than most o' the league.

Who’s calling people names? Nobody uses their real names here. It’s just make believe. Although my nickname was Bambino at a club I belonged to. I wish I had a nickel for everytime someone called me Bambi on hooker boards. I didn’t care less.
So, the Steelers are 4/2. Next three games are at home. Hopefully they can put some complete games together on offense. These home games could propel them into the playoffs.
