Trump is a friend to all. Just asks him.

So still no response on where you claimed Trump had removed or distanced Kushner from the response team.

I didn't think so.

FF- Trump is definitely not an anti-Semite - as the Fascist DPST's such as Omar and Tlaib definitely are.

Obama made Netanyahu on State Visits enter the White house through the back door - a slap in his face and at Israel.

Obama encouraged the anti-semitic and anti-Israel stands -and we are seeing the DPST party go further and further down the road of anti-Semitic racism.

Consider the women's march leadership - Linda sarsour and her coterie are virulently pro islam and violently Anti-Semitic in their hatred of the Jewish people and israel - just a small part of the Anti-Semitic racism the Fascist DPST Party encourages.

Omar blasted forth with clearly virulent anti-Semitic racism last year - and Pelosi could do nothing but a foolish general resolution with no teeth.

DPST party is virulently Racist Anti-Semitic - I fail to comprehend how any sensible Jewish Democrat remains in that party that hates them.

I completely agree and other friends of mine feel the same way.

&@#$% Canadians. I get tired of your arrogance so decided to look at just how you're performing compared to us in this crisis. And it is with a heavy heart that I have to admit it's better. Your deaths per capita are about 30% of ours. And your federal government has budgeted a little over half of what we have to combat the economic effects.

So how could the socialist bastard son of Margaret Trudeau and Mick Jagger could do better than President Trump? I believe the problem is that Trump used to be a Democrat. If we had a true Republican in office, like Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush or Mitt Romney we'd be kicking your ass right now.

Interesting perspective.

If we remove the big city statistics from each country, how do we compare?

Fair point. When I read your post I thought you might have shot a huge hole in my analogy, but after a little research don't think you actually did. From Googling, about 82% of the Canadian population is urban and about 84% of the USA is.

I also ran across this, which confirms your belief that in general population density in cities has a big effect:

https://www.fraserinstitute.org/site...and-abroad.pdf

Look at the most densely populated cities in Europe and North America - many or most have been hit badly by Covid 19 - Paris, Barcelona, London, New York City, Naples (Italy), Turin. Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington, which are around the middle of the list, will probably be hit harder than the rest of the USA. It's interesting that the Asian cities appear to be escaping without much damage, maybe except for Singapore which has seen Covid 19 spread through dormitories of migrant workers.

Also looking at the list, Texas cities have lower population densities than the major Canadian cities. And right now Texas on a per capita basis only has about 14% of the deaths that the USA has and less than half the deaths of Canada

Sorry for your loss. That's sad. Did they put him into a coma during the time he was on the ventilator?

Well, it is Canada, who wants to travel there. No wonder they are not seeing major outbreaks yet.

For those who think this is a joke or hokes just come spend 1 hr with me. People are dying and they are dying by the 1000s. I have lost friends, colleagues and luckily so far no family members. Everyone in NY are mandated, patients, to wear a mask and social distance yet our President and Vice President refuse to do so. Just be thankful that you are not one of the lucky ones on a vent right now.

As someone pointed out, the mass transit system and how "dirty" it is may be a huge factor.

Please. Nobody here thinks death and misery is funny. The issue is that half the people dying are in the NYC area (Is that were those 4 where?) and we here in TX are tired of sitting home. I understand the optics of why the President and VP don't wear masks.
