Surprised no one has mentioned Korean food.
Best hole in the wall is Joy Kitchen at 1455 Buckingham road in Richardson. Not many banchan, but the food is great and the soup selection is crazy.

Jin Mi 2727 west 15th st in Independence. Good amount of banchan (side dishes) and great food

H Mart food court at Parker and k in plano. Good food and relatively cheap.

Jin Korean BBQ next to H Mart in Plano, and 3810 s cooper st in Arlington. Nowhere near a hole in the wall, but all you can eat Korean BBQ authentically cook it yourself at the table for $15 lunch and $20 dinner. Damn good value and damn good food. If you eat there, you MUST TRY THE RIBS. Just remember you have to ask the waiter to bring some (included in the price.).

And really, any restaurant in the massive strip mall by the HMart in Carrollton
