Its an Intramuscular injection. Its about an inch long needle. You sink in into a muscle head and plunge. You cannot screw this up
An intravenous injection is just under subcutaneous where you're going into a vein and you're NOT going to do this with a hypodermic . These are completely different things.
THINK about what you're saying before you just parrot it because it doesn't pass the logic test. You can get air bubbles in the blood stream with an IM, but you're not shooting it into the vein. Its the same threat to your heart, but this ISN'T whats causing myocarditis
