they don't.. I can't explain it coherently, LOL, but I know that if the Boys win the last 2 games, the Rams are irrelevant. win or lose against the Rams, does not matter. which is why I said they should rest the "good" players.

Looks like the Patriots and Belichick and Brady are at it again.
https://sports.yahoo.com/patriots-vi...165756729.html
They are playing in Cincinnati today against the 1-11 Bengals.
They need to cheat to beat a 1-11 team?
This is the 2nd time.
The 1st time was
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spygate_(NFL)
The NFL should had taken away their Superbowl win after Deflategate.
Roger Goodell and the NFL administration are like the U.N. and their blue helmeted peace keeping forces.
All bark and no bite and they are a bunch of pussies!

So....
Cowboys won the coin toss prior to the start of the first quarter.
The referee asked Prescott what the Cowboys want to do.
Prescott said kick.
The referee asked him twice just to make sure he'd heard correctly:
both times Prescott said kick.
So the Rams got the ball first at the start of the first quarter
and
they will also get the ball first at the start of the third quarter.
I have never heard of such rule just because Prescott didn't actually say the actual word:
defer

UPDATE:
they found footage with audio where Prescott did correct himself:
after saying kick twice, he said defer on his 3rd reply
But either the referee didn't hear him or Prescott already saying kick twice will not be changed by saying defer once.
Coin toss are not reviewable.
So the Rams still gets the ball first at the start of the 3rd quarter.

Cowboys came to play!
this is the team we all knew they could be.. should give them lots of confidence for next week.
I bet the talk of Garrett getting fired will be silent this week.

Yeah but now we will be listening to Jerry bragging about how the Cowboys are a super bowl contender team based on this one win alone.
In other news....
49ers just lost their 3rd game of the year.
All 3 games lost in the final few seconds of each game.
What is going on with their defense to give up a win in the final seconds of three games?

This is what the Cowboys do. They beat a good team and remind everyone what they are capable of which gives the fans hope only to be followed by a massive shitting of the bed. I would not bet on them to beat Philly to clinch the division with someone else's money.
Of course, they could also beat Philly's ass and go deep enough into the playoffs before shitting the bed that it keeps Garrett from getting fired. Thats a Cowboys move as well.
You Cowboys fans are fucking masochists.

just to be clear, I think this is right..
the Eagles and Cowboys are both 7-7.. they meet next week. Cowboys won the first head-to-head.. if the Boys win next week, they win 1st place.. if they lose, they are OUT.. because a win the following week, and a loss by the Eagles would put both at 8-8, each with a win against the other, and.. the Eagles would win the next tie-breaker that determines who seizes first place.. is that right?
