Here's another homework assignment for you Limpy, you received an incomplete on the last one. What were the factors that caused the housing bubble to burst in 2008? I'll give you a hint, the seeds were planted in 1992. Now run along. Chop chop.

The liberals will never blame bill clinton for the housing bubble. He just helped regular people afford quarter million dollar homes on 30k a year salary.

The "Affordable Housing" act was the brainchild of Barney Frank. But let's not give away all the facts to Limpy.

Hey, Clinton was the POTUS at the time and thought it was a good idea. Limpy was implying that since the collapse occurred under Bush it was his fault of course. Frank should have just ran his gay bordello in DC instead of fucking things up.

We could debate fault forever but that doesn't change the fact that deregulating the financial world again is a huge mistake! If Trump who by the way ran on fighting Wall Street, removes restrictions on his banking buddies, we will have another crisis. This will be just another dagger in the back of his deplorables.

Numbnuts, the housing crash was caused by government intervention. Private lending institutions would have never given so many sub prime mortgages if they weren't backed or bought by government agencies. Fanny and Freddie had quotas to meet. They had to buy 55% of the sub prime mortgages in 2007. You wonder why the bubble burst? DUH! Of the 28 million sub prime mortgages in 2008, government agencies owned 19 million of them or 70% Limpy. Of those 19 million, Freddy and Fanny owned 12 milllion. That's like going to a casino and playing fast and loose because you playing with someone else's money. As for Dodd/Frank, another complex, convoluted law that is strangling economic growth. It needs to be repealed and revised, like the ACA. There, since I did your assignments you fail miserably. But I'm sure you're used to failing.

The Affordable Care Act is one of the greatest pieces of legislation ever passed! The only reason the Republicans want to repeal it is that they don't want OBama to have credit for it. The only reason it had any problems at all is that it was attacked by the republicans and the insurance lobby! Of course you don't know this because it is not explained on the Fox Alternative Facts News Channel !

King in his own mind!
Donald Trump has lowest approval ratings of any President in US history
He has only been in office for two weeks, but with each controversial policy announcement coming hard upon the heels of another, Donald Trump has the lowest approval rating of any new President, according to the latest poll.
Over half of US respondents at 53 per cent disapprove of the way their new President is handling the job, according to the CNN/ORC International poll released on Friday.
Just 44 per cent of respondents gave Mr Trump their approval, making him the only President since polls began to hold a negative approval rating at such an early stage in his White House tenure.
However, there is little surprise expressed among Americans to the way in which Mr Trump has begun his presidency, with 78 per cent saying he is handling things exactly as they would have expected.
George W Bush, who like Mr Trump was elected without winning the popular vote, held a more positive rating with 57 per cent offering their approval in the February of his first term.
Ronald Reagan’s first approval rating was 51 per cent according to a Gallup poll in 1981- 7 points above Mr Trump’s rating in the CNN poll – but his disapproval rating was markedly lower at just 13 per cent compared to 53 per cent.
Mr Trump’s first fortnight in the job has hardly been a quiet period of settling in, with huge worldwide protests opposing his travel ban.
The controversial ban denies entrance to citizens of seven predominantly Muslim nations for 90 days while suspending the US refugee programme for 120 days and indefinitely barring Syrian refugees from entering.
A majority of those polled by CNN at 53 per cent oppose the ban – but the other 47 per cent are in favour of the executive order.
The travel ban was very much split along party lines, with 88 per cent of Democrats opposed to it but 88 per cent of Republicans in favour.
60 per cent of those polled say they disagree with one of Mr Trump’s most controversial election pledges to build a wall on the US-Mexico border – which he has vowed to push ahead with in the next few months.
The approval ratings of Presidents historically tend to go down – although there are exceptions, including Franklin D Roosevelt, whose ratings rose during his time in office.
Barack Obama enjoyed the highest incoming approval ratings of any President in history at 76 per cent in the February after inauguration.
John F Kennedy’s stood at 72 per cent, while Bill Clinton’s and Richard Nixon’s both stood at 59 per cent.
The CNN/ORC poll was conducted by telephone over the last week among a random national sample of 1,002 adults, with a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points.
Some commentators, including Eric Boehlert, have accused the media of giving Mr Trump an easy time by focusing too much on his frequent tweets and not paying enough attention to his unprecedented poor ratings.
Mr Boehlert, a senior fellow at US research centre, Media Matters, claims: “There’s a glaring Trump transition story hiding in plain sight: He’s historically unpopular. The press ought to start telling that tale on a daily basis.”

Good idea, limpy! I think I'll call up Range Resources and Halliburton and ask them to bid on my back yard! Of course, I will also hire an attorney to make sure they do it right and clean up afterwards. If they don't, I'll sue them for breach of contract and collect another big payoff.
Then I'll pat myself on the back, knowing I am helping the country as a whole and making it stronger in 11 different ways, as I enumerated in my previous post, the one you're too clueless and chickenshit to answer!

You just can't handle that a African American President stood up to the insurance lobby and demanded insurance companies give consumers the right to have health care without discrimination toward women or those with pre existing conditions, or that he outlawed caps on limits for those with catastrophic illness. You won't feel that way when we go back to the old way and you become ill .

You're the one who can't spell, use proper grammar, or insert apostrophes where they belong... can't obamacare help you with any of that?
Too bad you're too retarded to refute the 11 specific, undeniable benefits I listed from fracking. One of them is even an ENVIRONMENTAL benefit - by making natural gas plentiful and cheap, it has encouraged power companies to switch from coal to gas, thereby reducing our carbon emissions!
So Limpy, are you out of lube yet? You really should quit now and give your sore, reamed-out ass a rest!
