The DoJ believes they have no obligation to turn it over to them and that likely correct. I guess a court will determine that.

Nonetheless. The underlying information in the document is a big nothing and more Guiliani bullshit apparently.

Biden hasn't been indicted yet. doesn't mean he can't be or won't. the DOJ is covering for him and Hunter. they've slow walked Hunter's tax issues and that little problem of him lying on a federal background check to illegally purchase a handgun.

the FBI committed obstruction of Congress and dereliction of duty by initially refusing to turn over the the whistleblower form implicating Biden. if it had been Trump they'd have given it to the media.

Trump isn't related to any of them. Besides Trump has legitimate businesses, some were successful some weren't. The Biden's do not have actual legitimate businesses.
