Trump will place American interests first and poses a major stumbling block to the globalist elites. The press conferences will be interesting.

I want to see the globalist funded protesters & what lengths they will go to in order to get a paycheck. And will our officers actually PROTECT the party or are they guided to look the other way as they did in California?

Our country is on the verge to becoming nothing more than a nation of peons with no voice. Soon everyone will be addicted to gub'ment cheese & have no motivation to better themselves.

I think we are one generation away form being a socialist country. I see very little self sufficiency in todays youth.

Not just within Quicken Arena but outside as well. I can understand the economics of having it in downtown Cleveland but it's going to be a strain on law enforcement. Fortunately Cleveland does have a good mounted force.

I would have chosen the IX center by the airport. Limited access to the building as well as the road into it. Also very easy to get to from downtown via the train that runs to the airport. But that's just me.

BTW... they won't be taking down the huge banner of LeBron James at the Quicken Arena. Hope they don't mind sharing the stage.

@toys: Today's youth has no self sufficiency because parents can no longer discipline children without the threat of CPS. Kids are no longer told to work better or be better; we are supposed to say Good Job and give pats on the head to keep their self esteem up. When it comes to homework and science projects, parents do most of the work so their kids will be acknowledged. Parents no longer make kids do chores or jobs around the house to earn money; instead we are just supposed to give them an allowance. Parents blame teachers for kids behavior instead of their kids. Parents constantly bail out kids instead of teaching them lessons. Its pretty sad.
It no longer matter which team is better as both teams get trophies. We congratulate both teams for a game well played. There is a new trend in youth sports in which scores are not kept to keep the kiddos from feeling sad if they are the worse team. What is that teaching our kids? In adulthood, not everybody wins. We are not teaching kids how to handle losing, not being respected, how to deal with bullying. It is a different time. Not for the best.
Sorry for this little rant but I am raising kids and it is sad that I find it difficult to raise them in the ways that I want to. I do the best I can and have wonderful people who give me great advice. Sometimes I do feel undermined in our new touchy feel system.
Anyways, just my take on the youth today and on Parenting.

You're so right. I should never have did my kid's science fair project for them. But they weren't as well versed as I am on deep ocean substrate hydrocarbon product zone exploitation. And those science fairs can be so competitive.

But I did make my son take out the trash to the curb. I didn't ask my daughters to do it though because I AM SEXIST.

@pussycat..lmao. You are so right; the science fairs can be competitive. I'm not a science person so i let my kids pick a basic idea that 20 other kids probably pick and do the basic work. They get credit and a sense of accomplishment but no 1st prize.

Fully agree Vicky...I work with kids just out of college (global) & the Americans are the weakest...they expect it to be easy and are often overwhelmed when faced with obstacles. We are falling way behind as a country.

Unplug the router and confiscate the phones. NOW that you have their attention you can assign chores to redeem their toys.
