Question is how can he be charged with trespassing if he was a guest of the hotel and had a room there?
Also unlawfully carrying a weapon? Did he carry a concealed handgun without a license or is it because he had all those firearms in his hotel room and in his truck.
If that's the reasons for the charge and not because he actually had a concealed handgun without a license, I doubt it will stick.
