An extorted confession under threat of bankruptcy using illegally gathered evidence with an illegal search warrant will result in Flynn being exonerated.

All that is pure speculation and only time will tell if in fact that will come to pass. To date , your prior speculation on Judge Sullivan being the one to exonerate Flynn was incorrect.
Sullivan appeared to disagree, also seeming to take issue with the sentencing memo filed by Flynn's attorneys, which suggested that FBI agents may have acted improperly in their interview of Flynn and entrapped him into lying.
Under direct questioning from the judge, Flynn said he would not change his guilty plea nor challenge the circumstances under which he was interviewed.

The FBI agents that did the interview claimed Flynn didn't lie, and the FBI cannot produce the relevant 302s written at the time of the interview to prove he lied. The confession was extorted, and what evidence the FBI claims it has against Flynn is :fruit of the poisonous tree". Flynn will be exonerated.

At the judge's request, the special counsel's office on Monday evening released a redacted version of the FBI's interview notes with Flynn. Known as a "302" document, the filing detailed the Jan. 24, 2017 conversation between Flynn and FBI agents.

No, I didn't mean any of your projected thoughts. Not even a good guess.
Just one of your normal guesses
I of course was referring to circumstances that stand up in court.
In your pretended persona, you offer up circumstances that would jail you as well as anyone stupid enough to believe your "I
Know the law". You working night court still?
I think we should all insist at the very least you should know the difference between criminal and civil court case burden of proof, right.

I missed the release of the relevant 302s. Last I had heard, the judge was given 302s written months after the interview. But I'll stand by my assertion that Flynn will be exonerated, because the FISA warrants to spy on him were illegally obtained.

No problem, things get overlooked.
Flynn was caught up in the FBI listening in on the Russians....so the characterization that he was being spied on is incorrect.
I believe the FISA warrants were legal. But will note that remains to be seen.
I do not think it will effect Flynn either way though.

The FISA warrants weren't legal. They were secured in violation of the FBI's Woods Procedures that required that the details in the Steele Dossier be verified before the Steele Dossier was used as evidence to secure a warrant. Further, the FBI used circular evidence -- a Yahoo article itself based on the Steele Dossier -- to illegally secure the warrants. Further, the FBI never informed the judges that the Steele Dossier was the work product of hildebeest's anti-Trump agenda. Flynn was told he didn't need a lawyer, and only at a later date did the FBI decide that Flynn had lied to them -- an extorted confession.

No, they're not illegal.
Every time the warrants are renewed there has to be new info. You not agreeing makes no difference.
And at this point you're trumping out. You know you're wrong. You think your never give up mentality is a weakness, not a strength.
None of the people involved in this case agree with you.
You have achieved you own worthless trump tower.
And nobody is home up stairs.

Yeah, they were illegal. And no, the FBI didn't produce new evidence for each warrant. The Steele Dossier was front and center on each and every request for a FISA warrant. Everything predicated on those illegal warrants will be thrown out of court when the investigation of the investigators is complete. Flynn will be exonerated.

That is just not true....there have been many things he reported that have come to pass.
Nothing has been disproven btw...
