The administration blames defeats in court on "rogue judges." In the few months that this president has been in office, his orders have been reversed over 50 times. At some point we should stop talking about rogue judges, and start worrying about a rogue administration.

There should be no need to appeal to a higher court. District court judges do NOT have jurisdiction over the entire country, only in the small jurisdiction that they preside over, so they are overstepping their boundaries by making decisions that they are trying to impose on the entire country. Only the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over the entire country. In simple terms, they do not have jurisdiction to make the decisions they are currently making.
But letting the president get away with orders or actions that are illegal, THAT is tyranny.
You might want to read Article 2 of our Constitution that gives these powers to the POTUS before misinforming the public with your incorrect rhetoric…again. Also, keep in mind elections do have consequences and thank gawd we don’t have to deal with Biden’s actions that were deemed illegal by SCOTUS (while he was in office), but continued his illegal activities anyway. THAT my friend is tyranny.

Unfortunately, you proved the point that they are rogue judges with your above statement. You should be aware that well over 90% of these injunctions have been put in place by far Left Lib judges. And while you’re fact checking me, take a look at how many injunctions have been put in place by judges in the last century and how high the percentage is that were against a Trump Admin. It’s not a coincidence. It’s called Judicial Tyranny by rogue far Left Lib judges. Ready to move all these criminal illegal immigrants in to your neighborhood yet? Or should we put them all out on Martha’s Vineyard?

Of course you do. Let’s fly all these illegal criminal immigrants to Austin and relocate them there. You ok with that?

I currently live in west TX, and unfortunately have been here for 15 long sucky years, so I know exactly where they passed thru and came from, and it sure the fuck wasn’t Austin. Again, fact check yourself before speaking out of turn.
All the Lefty Libs in Austin talk a big game, but haven’t had to deal with or feel the pain & the reality of Biden’s wide open southern border.
I say….send them ALL to Austin and Martha’s Vineyard. Or how about to Jazzy (not to be confused with Davey) Crockett’s neighborhood?

Just curious, what pain and reality have YOU had to deal with? And, don’t throw around red meat talking points….this is a serious question. How has this issue affected you personally?
Just curious

You just proved my point, FB. No, it certainly is not a coincidence that judges are ruling against Trump a record number of times. Trump is breaking all the records for presidential law breaking. But go ahead and blame the judges. That argument does not hold up in court.

You couldn't be MORE wrong.
As a matter of fact, you are not only wrong... You are EXACTLY wrong.
The rulings against Trump policies (which the majority of the people voted for) are on the hands of the colluding UNELECTED rogue judges.
You sir just proved FB's poast.
All of this is in addition to these thoughtless judges overstepping their jurisdiction.

So ruling against Trump makes a judge rogue? Not being elected makes a judge rogue? The judiciary is not supposed to be elected, precisely to avoid political pressure on the judiciary.
Note also that not all the judges ruling against Trump are "far left Lib judges," as claimed by FB. At least some of them were appointed by Republican presidents, and a least one of them was appointed by Trump.

1. You have not, nor has anyone, produced any legal evidence to back up your claim of “collusion “.
2.Social media rants and opinions are not a basis for any laws.
3. Policies that Trump ran on and people may have voted for still need to be enacted within the structure of our current written laws.
4. The fact that judges are appointed instead of being elected is a not an argument that makes any difference,, because under current law that is the way federal judges get their positions.
5. Funny how you don’t have issues when those unelected federal judges make decisions and rulings that you LIKE.
6. If people don’t like the current laws, work to change them, not break them.
7. Assuming that Judges are overstepping their authority is simply a matter of which side you are on in an argument. And, under current laws, they can issue orders and injunctions as they see fit.
You have proven the reason why so many people are angry and turning against Trump, slowly but surely. Because, in many cases it’s not what he wants to accomplish…..it’s the way he goes about it. Skirting the edges of the law, and breaking a few as well, is not the way people want to see things accomplished.

I have yet to find anyone that voted for Trump to have turned against him let alone angry with him.... unless there are some among the DNC paid Tesla terrorists....
You'd all be a lot happier if you sat back and enjoyed the upcoming golden age

I’ll get back to you tomorrow. At the moment I’m pissed the fuck off and have a No Review to write. Ya know…what this site is supposed to be about? Actually sharing info about providers…good and bad? Something you haven’t contributed to in how long? And I’m sure you already know me well enough that it will not be about throwing around red meat talking points. Not that it’s any of your fucking business what I’ve personally had to deal with, but I can certainly put your concerns to rest.

Wtf does 2008 (16+ years ago and 12 of those years were a Dem controlled Presidency?) have to do with Trump and his Admin? You got a problem with Bush the 2nd, then make your point. Otherwise, stop grasping at straws when your buddy Biden brought us to a +9% inflation rate. Maybe YOU should stop regurgitating red meat talking points.
