You can make a case for different types of personalities and management skills with for example President Bush and Gov Christie. Last night Gov Christie blasted a mayor for putting people in shelters in an evacuated area and pointed out how rescuers’ put their lives in danger to get them out. He was pissed and rightly so. If George Bush had made public or the media did their job in reporting the facts of all the failures and screw ups the NO mayor did, the blame would not have fallen on him. But it wasn’t his style. If Bush had Christies style it would have been a very different last 4 years in his presidency.

I have seen many democrats on TV saying how the Libya attack is all political and how the country and politicians came together on 9/11/01 but now after the 9/11/12 attack, Republicans are on the attack against President Obama. I truly believe this will be and should be a bigger concern for all Americans and is more important than the economy. Did anyone see the father of the Navy Seal that was killed on TV? How moving was that. He deserves the truth. We all deserve the truth.

It is amazing what EITHER side will do sometimes, whether it be willingly or unknowingly.

edit: I just looked at this after I made the post. I found it sad that the current state of political affairs makes me/we/us say things like "either side". It appears that everything has become so partisan, that "both sides" view the other as completely wrong on almost every topic. Good versus evil if you will. I also find it strange that I consider myself to be more Libertarian yet am usually siding with Conservatives in most debates.

I believe the truth was revealed for both in those cases. Neither one of these cases went to the level of the Presidency though. I wish Diane Sawyer and the rest of the media showed the same interest in the current Libya cover up like she did with Jessica Lynch and Pat Tillman.

And I try to stay in the present. So I will ask you Doove one more time your thoughts and if there are any concerns on the Libya attack and cover up. And I don't want to hear about this so called investigation. It's a bunch of bs especially when they say a report will be out November 13th. I wish someone would ask the president what his actions were on that day before he went to las Vegas for a fundraiser. No investigation needed. What was your timetable Mr President. What were your decisions and why. If he needs to run an investigation into his own actions we are all in bigger trouble than we ever knew. Now Doove before you answer lets all agree even if asked he will never answer because all that has leaked out to date is so damaging to him and his decision making process very few could or would vote for him and he would lose in a huge way. Why can't he be like Joe Bide and give us his "whole load" of the story.

Montana, even Romney's not talking about this non-story any more, Hillary pretty much said the buck stopped with her, even Condi Rice is throwing cold water on your Rush Limbaugh absurdity, and Colin Powell endorsed Obama.

If they haven't convinced you you're pissing up a tree, nothing i can say will convince you. So why should i bother?

Doove you strike me as the type that has never heard a Rush Limbaugh show yet is so critical of him it makes you look very uninformed. It’s actually not Rush who discusses this and where all the new information is coming from. Republican Senators have written letters to our President demanding answers to these important questions. I wish Romney would take up this fight but he is in a no win situation so stays on message about how this country’s economy is on such a downturn. If he raised the question Obama would lie and the media would cover him and attack Romney. It is disgraceful how the media has put blinders on as new information gets leaked. There are media people whom I’m sure you dislike (Brit Hume, Pat Caddell, Pat Buchanon) who continue to lead in this story finding sources who are stuck behind the scenes but are trying to get the truth out. I have said this before, most politicians are corrupt in one way or another but when the media stops investigating both political parties this country is screwed. And we are all screwed my friend doove. Keep dodging the question Doove but I wish you would take off the blinders and do a little research and become informed. The truth shall set you free. I'm not dodging anything. The question's been asked and answered. But only because the answer doesn't fit in with how you want the narrative to go do you persist with it.
