I don't know how the thread turned to impeachment. We were discussing Trump's prediction of a "Red Wave", not impeachment.

FWIW, I have no problem with Trump's comment of a Red Wave. What's he supposed to say to his hard core supporters? "Our goal in November is to maintain control of the House and Senate"? Not at all. He should be predicting what he is predicting.

Oh, and if he is wrong in November with his prediction, I won't hound him about how inaccurate his prediction was.

That was an obvious statement. I don't expect the Democrats to take back control of the Senate in 2018 and even if they did I would not expect them to start impeachment procedures based on anything Trump has done.
