Did you know that the first recorded abortion (as I like to call it) was approved by god. Seems god killed the baby and forced the mothers into public sex against their will. Just saying what seems like right and wrong in your eyes pertaining to abortion is actually rooted in a very deep and depressing Biblical passage. Are the verses below Pro Choice or Pro Life?
Just a little something for you to think about ;-)

2 Samuel 12:11-31New International Version (NIV)

Quote:
10 Now, therefore, the sword will never depart from your house, because you despised me and took the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your own.’

11 “This is what the Lord says: ‘Out of your own household I am going to bring calamity on you. Before your very eyes I will take your wives and give them to one who is close to you, and he will sleep with your wives in broad daylight. 12 You did it in secret, but I will do this thing in broad daylight before all Israel.’”

13 Then David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.”
Nathan replied, “The Lord has taken away your sin. You are not going to die. 14 But because by doing this you have shown utter contempt for the Lord, the son born to you will die.”

15 After Nathan had gone home, the Lord struck the child that Uriah’s wife had borne to David, and he became ill. 16 David pleaded with God for the child. He fasted and spent the nights lying in sackcloth on the ground. 17 The elders of his household stood beside him to get him up from the ground, but he refused, and he would not eat any food with them.

18 On the seventh day the child died. David’s attendants were afraid to tell him that the child was dead, for they thought, “While the child was still living, he wouldn’t listen to us when we spoke to him. How can we now tell him the child is dead? He may do something desperate.”
What I got from reading those verses is that the only reason god waited for the child to be born before he killed it was because back then they didn't have technology on abortion procedures so in essence I consider it a late term abortion. Don't you wonder why god let the child be sick for 7 days before he let it die. Odd but I do know the answer to why he let the child suffer for so long. If you're interested in knowing just ask me. ;-)

Only a Trump's supporter would find some type of logic to a stupid comparison/statement like that.

If those are the best two clowns this country can produce than I think it's safe to say we are all losers in this years facade of an election. I'm writing in Jeff Spicoli...

LS
Business acumen? Hahahahahah.

Trump would be wealthier if he had simply taken every dollar his dad gave him and his inheritance and just parked it in the S&P 500. Math. Fact.

Nearly Every single study of his "plans" shows he would cause a decline in GDP and massively increase the deficit and debt more than just leaving things like they are.

He's so smart and business that he's permemenantly damaged his brand. There's already data and metrics on foot traffic and brand association that show a sharp decline. *His customers are rich people. The rich people are rejecting him because they believe he's an economic idiot.*

Yes. Very smart business planning.

Trump's a moron when it comes to business ... actually, a moron when it comes to most things. If he weren't born into the family business with multimillionaire parents, he'd be selling ties at Macy's. His father had to bail him out time and time and time again.

Yes. It's the same sexual assault. Grabbing a woman by the pussy without consent (in particular strangers, which is what he described). Whoever does it.

Btw. Trump is massively losing. Just like a predicted weeks ago. Texas is within points, Arizona flipped, Utah is going to McMullin. And Trump is sitting around whining about how it's all "rigged" against him. It's called competing. What a lazy, lazy guy.

We did this dance four years ago. Delusionists insisted skewed polls. A laughable complete absence of understanding data. And btw, further, the GOP is in serious, long term danger. They have a guy talking about not accepting election results unless he wins. Wow. Sounds like a child who won't play unless they win and then cries at everyone else when they lose.

President? Bahahahahahahhahahahahahah

I support GOP nominee, Trump 2016.
It's not 1860. (And look closer at any of those votes or civil rights votes. They break on *Geography* not on party. Southerners opposed it, Northerners pushed for it. The end.)

In particular, the idea that Lincoln would be a republican *today* is *laughable*

Lincoln almost single handily crushed the debate of states vs federal government. Without a doubt he is the single largest expander of federal power and the constrainer of state power.

Do tell how that aligns with the current GOP?

——————

The modern GOP has been in existence for about 50 years. There's a clear seperation from Eisenhower to the party that Goldwater left in his wake from 1964.

And you are seeing it again *right now* there's pre Trump and post Trump GOP.

GOP has voted for free trade max for 40 years. Trump has in just 1 year turned the GOP base against that. Parties don't stay the same over time. What a laughable way of thinking.

Tell me more about the federalists next.

Yeah. The country is more than 50 years old.

Carter doesn't hold a candle to Polk, Garfield, Hoover, etc, etc.

Can't stand the absolutism of discussion these days. "The worst ever." The world is not black and white and judgement must be based on a net measurement of the totality.

Americans don't have the slightest clue as to what's actually going on. The system is carefully and calculatedly designed that way.

You lost the game before it ever even started.
........

1) yeah no. The POTUS has lots of power. Particularly post 9/11. The executive power expanded greatly under Bush/Cheney.

2) the president can declare war on anyone without congressional approval. I'd say that makes them powerful.

3) release of nuclear weapons. Self explanatory.

4) yes. The system is meant to keep society in line. What's the problem? Would we rather be enjoying the total freedom Somalia has?
