Truth: Joseph Randle is the poster child for the very definition of "Knucklehead".

I wonder what the real story is with Randle? Sounds like he's losing it...

Isn't this the same Joseph Randle who said he was better than Murray and Murray left meat on the bone last year? Idiot.

something is fucked with Randle.. he got away with 2 criminal incidents, lucked into the starting rotation, insisted he would no be a distraction.. if he had kept his nose just a little clean, he would have the world in his hands.

just one more in a historically long line of Cowboys fuck-ups..

Jones actually is known for trying to recruit fuck ups. The list is long. Some have suceeded like Charles Haley or even Terrel Owens who played great for the Cowboys and gave them their best season since Aikman left. But Randle was not around long enough to judge. At any rate, he wasn't Murray and overreacted when he lost out to McFadden. I wonder if he will be picked up by another team or lost to history and end up selling cars or assistant coaching a high school team. I vote no team will want him.

I think Cuban took a page from Jones, with Lamar Odom.. hope he learned from that failure. I think Randle is finished, too.. it's not like he had a long history of success, just a few "maybe he'll amount to something" moments..

From their successful record, they inherited a tougher schedule this season. The wheels came off. Next year, maybe.

The schedule is the schedule; that's really not the main culprit per Dallas' current win-loss woes.

Suspensions (ie: Hardy and McClain) and injuries (ie:Scandrich, Dunbar, Romo and Bryant) have had much more to do with their dilemma. That (AND) lack of quality depth per the key skill possession players that are MIA (WR and QB).

Terrance Williams and Cole Beasley have both suffered in their individual performances during Romo's (and Dez's) absence. These injuries have exposed Dallas' warts and blemishes on both sides of the ball even more so.

The defensive effort vs Seattle (ie: holding the Seahawks to 13 points) was wasted by Dallas. Injuries are to blame, yes (however) blame needs to be shouldered directly by Garrett and Linnehan, as well, for this recent loss.

Truth: Hardy's interception; setting up shop for the offense at the 15 yard line, was the time to be aggressive and throw the ball "Into The Endzone" (and they chose the conservative route and ran 3 straight times.....and settled for another Bailey field goal).

Playing it "safe"....simply said.....got them beat. The hangover of 3 INT's vs the Giants the week before.....got them beat.

Truth: Garrett didn't trust Weeden....and he doesn't trust Cassel.

This Sunday evening's game vs the Iggles (yes, I'll say it) is a Must Win Game.

If I'm Chip Kelley and the Iggles DC, I'm gambling with a wide open defensive attack: gap blitzing the Cowboy's O-line 50%-plus of the time. I'm stopping MacFadden in the backfield if he has the ball and on pass plays forcing Cassel to unload the ball under 2 seconds.....to a receiving corps I'm betting can't get open in that time.

But the good teams overcome adversity. Will Jerry be alive and lucid the next time the girls are relevant?

We know Jerry Jones makes all the final decisions about draft picks. In 2012 Jones could have drafted Luke Kuechly who is now considered the best linebacker in the NFL. Instead Jones traded up to draft Morris Claiborne who has turned out to be average to below average. Great player evaluation.

The owner should ask the general manager WTF were you thinking!!!

They could have drafted Russell Wilson and dumped Rombo but that would have upset all the Rombo Looser lovers.

True....Jerry, Stephen, the scouting team....everyone had Claiborne rated / evaluated pretty high.....as did the other 31 NFL scouting teams....look it up:

Mo Claiborne had all the tools necessary coming out of LSU to be an all star as soon as he put the pads on....and it just didn't happen. Dallas swapped St Louis their 14th spot in round one to move up 8 picks (to spot number 6). More on that in a bit....

And, true, Dallas missed out on Keuchly......as did plenty of other teams in the first round (2012). Luke went with the 9th spot to Carolina, of course. But lets ask Cleveland how they feel about their selection: Trent Richardson with the 3rd spot?

How about Jacksonville with the 5th spot? They took OK State wr Justin Blackmon, who keeps getting suspended.

And Tampa Bay with the 7th spot? Took Mark Barron who washed out and was traded 20 months later to the Rams for future 4th and 6th round picks. Yeah...more than a few whiffs.....

By the way, insult to injury per this same draft......with that 14th spot the Rams used it on starting DT, Michael Brockers. Nice....

Oh...in addition, Dallas had to give up their second rounder, too, in order to make that move. That was pick number 45 ( the Rams, however, traded that pick away to Chicago for an additional picks in the draft, a 5th and a 7th).

And.....the Bears used that draft spot to nab All Pro receiver, Alshon Jeffery. Yeah....he'd be pretty good opposite Dez Bryant today, wouldn't he?

Lastly.....this same draft also was the Andrew Luck / RG3 draft. Do we even need to get started on what Washington (little Danny Snyder) gave up to get Griffin?

Yeah....Jones isn't the only GM to have made some mistakes in this particular draft.

It's funny how some fans justify bad decisions by saying it's ok because other teams made the same bad decision. Lets all be stupid together. Good player decisions win super bowls, just ask Jimmy Johnson, Bill Belichick, or Pete Carroll.
The Panthers didn't a bad decision. The Patriots don't make bad decisions, they got a few good years out of Aaron Hernandez and then just kept on winning like nothing even happened.

It always makes people feel better if they know someone else made the same fuckup that they did. Unfortunately they don't give out Super Bowl trophies for that.

I think the Boys will win tonight.. the Eagles have a lousy quarterback, the Boys will stuff their running game, for the most part.. McFadden will deliver. I was going to stop watching, but even while losing, the Boys' games are good entertainment.. besides, the Frogs fucked away their season yesterday, it's too early in the year to give up on everybody.

Cowboys 20
Eagles 16
