Just like that asswhole Bill O'Reilly always does, and then he calls it fair and balanced. It's just pathetic but also laughable.

What truth? Please elaborate on Doofus' truth. His argument is distorted and contrived, and if you, et al, so ignorantly and willingly fly to his defense it is you, et al, who are truly pathetic.

So you are admitting that you can't explain Doofus' argument either.

COG it's amazing how fast you always are with your answers.
It almost looks like you really have nothing better to do than watching this website.

Wichita is NOT the middle of nowhere, that would be Kingman, just a few miles west. Still, your point, for a change, is well taken.

“Our nation needs to stop doing for people what they can and should do for themselves. Self reliance means, if anyone will not work, neither should he eat.”
Bachmann is saying that the unemployed should starve themselves and their families since they are out of work through no fault of their own. She might as well have added that the unemployed shouldn’t be allowed to have clothes or a roof over their head. This statement by Bachmann shows how much the Republican Party loathes the unemployed. They have zero compassion for anyone or anything. Even Jesus fed the needy. These Republicans have no Christian values at all, nor do they have humanity.

You apparently don't understand simple English or Christian values. The critical word here is WILL.
Legitimate charity or government assistance should only go to those who are WILLING to work but can't because of old age, sickness or dissability.
Charity should be for those who can not work, not for those who WILL not work.
To give assistance to someone who isn't WILLING to work is not even humane. It simply encourages dependancy by someone who is capable of providing for themselves.
Illegal imigration is justified by the left because they say the illegals are doing the work Americans just WILL NOT do anymore.
Low wage jobs are being done by illegal aliens because many able bodied Americans would rather live on welfare and parasite off of their neighbors rather than work at a job they consider to be beneath them.
Three cheers for Michelle Bachman! If you're not WILLING to work I'm not WILLING to feed you.

Fortunately America shows that she's a loser, so are you if you believe in her.

Well, sport, you might want to read up on that in the Bible for yourself instead of relying on televangelists, Fox News and Michelle Bachman. I seem to recall something about if someone asks you for your shirt, you should also give them your cloak - or vice versa - doesn't matter, you won't get the drift anyway. Oh well, only Jesus Christ said it so it's probably optional.
Big Louie, considering the source, you're surprised? What's worse, you're concerned that it came out of HER mouth?

There are no verses in the Bible that say the government should provide charity to the poor. Christians are commanded to help the poor, but it is always as individuals, or through the church.
The left has always tried to justify socialism by saying it's consistant with Christianity. Nothing could be further from the truth.
By assigning the responsibility of helping the poor to the government, individuals are off the hook and don't feel obligated to give to charity. Conservatives and evangelicals give much more generously to charity than liberals and athiest/agnostics (Democrats). Twenty four of the the top 25 most generous states, measured by charitable contribution, are Republican states. The least generous state (and probably the most liberal) is Massachusetts, home of Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Barney Frank, etc.
I'm attaching a link to an article written about this issue.
