So, let's say I come on here and claim that a Provider has communicated to 13 members via PM. I pick a couple of people who have recently been Banned and claim it is because of the PM that was sent to them which contains my RL info and that they are distributing it to others. Of course, all of this is made up ... there is no factual basis in it.

Have I violated any rules?

Lying or fabricating stories is not a board violation. But I noticed you didn't ask if it is a violation to be dishonest about why you were banned. It also is not a violation for the record.
