The Senate just passed their version of the bill 50 - 49. Since the bill was amended and has changes from the bill the House of Reps sent to them, it must go back to the house for a final vote. When that vote is completed your relative will be able to get the $1400 check.

Biden took office Jan 20th. Today is Mar 6, 2021. Seven weeks to a get a bill passed and signed into law is pretty good for Congress.

All of this shit over $1,400. That's about as laughable as it gets. I'm not saying it because I don't need it and I don't qualify for it, I'm saying it because of how silly I think it is for people to think $1,400 will fix them from their financial despair.

If you care about that chump change your ass is broke. And when they get it and spend it in no time those people will still be broke. Then what? This stimulus/welfare check fixes nothing. It was a dumb idea to even begin with unless you like to jerk off to inflation and the dollar currency value to significantly decrease globally after the money supply increases when they print more money.

I agree in general that the US govt should "stop printing money." But I didn't run on those promises, Biden did. He ran on a bunch of other costly promises and got elected. Either fulfill them or admit they were bullshit.

I also didn't agree to a year long lockdown either but it hurt a lot of people and businesses. For the most part I fulfilled the lockdown orders even though most of them were bullshit.

You also know that the president has no control over how fast Congress works. However, you keep asking about a check for that relative of yours even though the "reconciliation" process has not completed and a bill has not been passed.
