I absolutely loved it there! I’m actually considering buying a condo in Tampa and splitting my time between Florida and Arkansas.

I’ll stay in Arkansas during the winter because that’s when the hot tub is the most fun. And then spend the summers in Florida.

Brrr! It’s definitely soup weather in NWA!

Just made Olive Garden Zuppa Tuscana, keto style.

Cauliflower instead of potatoes! Super spicy Italian sausage, of course.

It’s so good topped with freshly-grated Parmesan or Gruyere!

Back on the keto bandwagon again! A month-long visit with Mom & Dad reversed my progress a little… Lol, that’s what moms are for I guess.

I’m buying a new piece of exercise equipment that I’ve always wanted, Jacobs ladder! But I will need to make some room in my workout room in order to buy it.

It’s not really an elliptical.

The movement involved is more of a Stairmaster-type range of motion.

P.S. You might want to try “glucosamine” for your knees! It’s an over the counter supplement sold at any pharmacy & even Walmart. It really helped me a lot with my joint pain after my car accident!
