You could be right. I was at the gym tonight and a guy was talking about he hadn't worked out in about a month because he was down with Covid. I can also say if he never would have been vaccinated he never would have got sick. I think the only thing that may have kept him from deaths door is he's a pretty big dude low body fat and being a bodybuilder his diet is probably pretty clean. An average dude his size with a shit life style and high body fat might have. They claim if you're vaccinated and get Covid it would be a mild case this guy's case was anything but mild.

Hardly. Walmart has wiped out much of the mom & pop stores in rural TX. COVID has benefited BigBox. Of course, there's always Walmart delivery and Amazon...for now. How much longer until Amazon says "It's a hot spot!" and refuses delivery?

He barely meets the definition of obese, as his body mass index is just over 30. Although admittedly since his body fat is low maybe that’s not as significant as it would be otherwise. How old do you think he is? Do you know if he’s got any underlying conditions besides his weight?

Use of anabolic steroids could put him at increased risk of severe disease:

He's probably in his early 30's and his weigh is not a factor. I doubt he has any underlying conditions. I have no idea if uses any type of Steroids and you know nothing about steroids unless you've taken them.

What's a healthy diet?

I like to eat steak (grass fed) and berries (organic) only.

O yea and Burger King or Taco Bell.

Why are you assuming he takes Steroids? The article you post only provides single case where the patient was a Steroid user. There are many different types of Steroids some may have stifle the immune system's response to pathogens. I wouldn't hang my hat on just one documented incident with very little research behind it.

I've heard of people getting sick after taking the vaccine but "relating" getting Covid "from taking the vaccine" if that is what you are implying, is a first I've ever heard of that and doesn't sound logical. You get Covid from coming into contact with another person who has Covid whether you have been vaccinated or not, doesn't sound logical but I'm beginning to think there is nothing logical about any of this.


I got vaccinated March 1st and 23rd. a little soreness at injection site but no other problem. I'm in the gym virtually everyday with the last few months maskless, shopping maskless with no problems. Just lucky I guess but I don't get in large crowds. Just Doctors, gym, grocery shopping might account for the luck. Homebody buy choice even before Covid.


I've gotten the flu shot and every other vaccination recommended for decades which probably counts as why I had no problem accepting Covid vaccine. Again, maybe nothing but pure damn luck of the draw. Come to think of it, my entire life has been lucky. Lucky to have only one job for 34 years, retired early mainly because I inherited a home that was paid for and made good money for those 34 years. And oh yeah, NO KIDS, NO WIFE!



Now, I think about all those people losing their job, facing evictions, no money, kids to take care of. Yep, luck every where I turn. Thank you Universe.
