.45s
Colt 1911 70 series
S&W 645 (nightstand)

9mms
Ruger P95
Beretta 92(desk drawer)
M&P Shield (sometimes carry weapon)
Taurus PT111 G2(might switch to this once I have more range time)

Assorted other toys both long and short.

My EDC? American Arms 22 mag 5 shot revolver with Hornady Critical Defense rounds. Fits in my pocket and goes damn near everywhere. I won't be stopping any bank robberies with it but, post contact, I might be able to get it out of my pocket and under a chin for a last means of self preservation.

My wife doesn't like the trigger on the Taurus PT111 G2 I bought for her. I sliced my thumb open with it.

i like my Taurus PT 145. need a new clip for it. i took mine apart but can't find much on re- tensioning it. all i get is a bunch of articles debating whether or not leaving a clip fully loaded for a long period messes up the tension. well let me tell you, it does.

so will probably double down and take it to a gunsmith and buy a spare. need a second clip anyway.

see if your wife would prefer this .. one of my fav's for conceal carry ..

s&w .357 snub nose conceal carry

along with my Taurus PT 145 and my Colt pocketlite .380 it's on my short list to carry.

if your wife finds .357 loads too much, you can shoot .38 special also.
i typically target shoot it with .38 special. my carry load is .357 MAG Hollow points, for when you want to .. make a point! and a big hole.

The trigger IS different. It's designed that way. It has a lot of travel to the breaking point. Think of it as a two stage strigger of sorts. Once you get to the second stage it's a fairly crisp pull to report. Where it excels is with the least amount of trigger reset over a Glock 43 o4 M&P shield. With a little practice you can put a lot of lead down range faster than either of those and with a greater capactity.

How did you slice your thumb open? Slide must have gotten you?

That's it and that's exactly why it's always in my pocket.
