You're absolutely right Jaci. That was part of my point that only the people involved should be worried about this, but you are right. I know nothing about you and your involvement or non involvment. So I apologize. I too have been pulled into helping people and it's turned out badly, and like I said, I never said Mercianna was right about this at all. It was nice of you to try to help, like ameripro, it's just too bad she keeps messing up.

I, for one, am calling for a boycott of GingerKatt and Merciana. Neither of them, IMO, deserve our business.

Because I mentioned I wouldn't see you steviewinwood? I have done nothing to be boycotted. I have NOT defended Mercianna, if you would read the posts. I simply feel bad when someone is obvioously in some kind of trouble.

I will buy her horse for meat.... I offered a few times. Om Nom Nom.....
Also... usually when someone has an incredible amount of "bills" they do everything they can to lower that total expense. Not add to it...

Also... usRoasted horse meat
In a pre-heated 160º C (325º F) oven, the meat is cooked in an open casserole without any added liquid. The best cuts of horse meat for roasting are the fillet, strip loin, rib eye, inside round and sirloin tip.
• Place the meat in a lightly-oiled roasting pan. Do not salt.
• Season with herbs. Do not add liquid.
• Cook uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes per 500 grams (1 lb) until desired degree of doneness.
• Baste from time to time with its own juice to keep the meat moist.
• When cooked, remove from heat, wrap loosely in aluminium foil, allowing the vapour to escape. Let stand for 5 minutes. This allows the fibres to relax and the juices to circulate for maximum tenderness and even cooking.
Grilled horse meat
This method is ideal for tender cuts as well as tenderized or marinated cuts that should be seared quickly to retain all their tenderness and juiciness. It is ideal for the following cuts: fillet, strip loin, rib eye, sirloin and sirloin tip, inside round, tenderized or marinated cuts and ground meat…not to mention the flap (bavette)!
• Pan-fry or grill on the barbecue over medium heat, turning meat once using tongs midway through cooking.
• Season once cooked.
• Steaks generally take 4 to 7 minutes to cook.

Wow I had missed that post. That was the original reason she wanted to use my car. That one was repo'd for not paying. Imagine that! She said of she could use my car she had an all night appointment and she could go get her car back. Then this is when she called and said hey instead of me giving them money will you finance your car if I put the down towards yours!!! The OCCC is the Office of Consumer Credit Commission which regulates automobile finance companies. I love google!!!
