Sorry if it came across as lecturing. What I was trying to say was that when you look at your explanation of benefits, that is where you would see what a bad apple policy looks like, and you would know if you have one. Do they take an 800 dollar procedure that other insurance companies typically pay and say it is excluded or they only pay $50? Do they disallow 350 dollars out of a 370 dollar checkup, pocketing the deductible? They have a thousand ways to get to you, so policy standardization makes sense.

What makes them sub-standard is that they do not cover enough issues. What they don't cover, you can go to the ER and the American taxpayers have to foot the bill. Social medicine, brought to us by Ronald Reagan. Obamacare is forcing you to buy private health insurance in the marketplace.

Why don't you just publish a copy of your policy online for us all to see, LLIdiot? That's the only way we'll know whether your policy is "substandard" and that it's not MEDICARE, leech.

he admitted to a policy re-do last week ... last week every insurance in the country was selling policies that were required to meet the ACA law or they would face major fines.
he has Obiecare and doesn't know it
