I stopped reading this thread with this post. I just wanted to see how long it would take and which mod would come out with this first. I had a wager with myself and lost. Seems it was your turn to crap out the steaming pile of bullshit this time.

I don't know that I would change this place if I could, probably wouldn't if I was getting the ad dollars; doesn't make this crap stink any less. To say it isn't possible to make this place whatever you want is just blatantly false. Either that or the people in charge are total fucking morons and I doubt that to be the case.

The fact is that the trolls generate hits and hits generate cash. Simple. You can't give them all the credit though. The owners owe a thanks to the people who feed the trolls also, because they would surely starve and look elsewhere if they couldn't find it here.

The thing that used to really irritate me was the 'golly geez, how would we ever fix it' routine rather than just owning it, but I realize now that it is part of the shtick. It doesn't require far removal from the masses, just a deviation from the herd mentality. He doesn't have any special golden ticket that anyone else here doesn't. I have wanted change on some things here and elsewhere , and I didn't just sit back and talk about it.

I know what I would do in this case to get the ball at least rolling, and I thinck I have a pretty good idea on at least some of what wakeup would do, and I agree with him, no one complaining here would take the time and initiative to do it. Or harden themselves enough to take the flack for daring to and not take bullshit for an answer.

What's my first guess? They haven't already and are still here complaining about it.

If you need the same fucker you're complaining about drawing you a roadmap to your success, that in itself is part of the problem.

If the mod's response angers you and stops you dead in your tracks, that's an even more significant part of the problem.
