What hypocrisy are you referring to? The MSM trying to portray a known Wahhabist and Bin Laden supporter as an innocent reporter? Both Houses overwhelmingly passed FOSTA. Why would Trump veto it? As far as I can tell, it hasn’t changed much. I’m still seeing hookers.

So if this is all much ado about nothing, then why is Twitler losing his shit about it on social media???
If the guy would for once in his life take a position and then accept the consequences of his actions ...

Israel does not kill any innocent Muslims. They have better protections from government abuse in Israel than they get in their own shithole countries.
I don't remember any accusations from WaPo along those lines.
The Chinese whack out journalists all the time, too. Where is the outrage when that happened during Obama's dictatorial rule?

So you are spreading half truths and distortions...
You do realize who was helping supply arms to the 'Arab Mujahadeen' in Afghanistan in the 1980s?
https://www.democracynow.org/2004/6/...agan_armed_the
During Reagan’s 8 years in power, the CIA secretly sent billions of dollars of military aid to the mujahedeen in Afghanistan in a US-supported jihad against the Soviet Union. We take a look at America’s role in Afghanistan that led to the rise of Osama bin Laden’s al Qaeda with Pulitzer prize-winning journalist Steve Coll, author of Ghost Wars: The Secret History of the CIA, Afghanistan, and Bin Laden, from the Soviet Invasion to September 10, 2001

above is another good article.

The Saudis do this kind of shit all the time. The only reason anyone cared this time was because the guy was known in DC.

You've said this a dozen times already in this thread. What exactly is the "misinformation"?
Khashoggi had a checkered past. That's a fact we can all agree on without minimizing or exaggerating it. Go back and read what Karen Elliott House, who is no conservative and knows the country much better than anyone in this forum, had to say about him in the article I copied in post #36:
"Mr. Khashoggi, notwithstanding his credentials as a columnist for the Washington Post, spent most of his adult life working with and for the Al Saud family and its media properties. He also did stints for Saudi intelligence, headed for part of the time by Prince Turki al-Faisal, who later served as ambassador to the U.S. Mr. Khashoggi’s early claim to fame was interviewing Osama bin Laden in 1980s Afghanistan, where both were allied with the anti-Soviet mujahedeen. Mr. Khashoggi broke with bin Laden in the 1990s and after 9/11 became Riyadh’s favorite example of a reformed Islamic fundamentalist, often produced for visiting Westerners to outline his conversion. But under King Salman and the crown prince, Mr. Khashoggi became an outcast, accused of supporting the fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood. He moved to the U.S. in July 2017."
So the guy was an early al Qaeda sympathizer who conferred frequently with bin Laden before breaking ties with him to become by Saudi standards a "reformed Islamic fundamentalist". And he was a lifelong Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer. Presumably he kept those views in check during the past year while he was employed by the Washington Post. But there is a long and undisputed history of his work in Arab journalism and Saudi intelligence that should raise a lot of questions.
As I said earlier, none of this means Khashoggi deserved his fate. So why do you keep denying it?

The question "really is" what the fuck was he doing working for a U.S. media outlet? Or is that ok with the Lame Stream Media these days …
.. utilize the "talents" of "reformed" thugs and terrorists?
Should he have been killed? I thought Manson should have been! But?
Exactly what did this crowd whining about his death say about the U.S. Representatives being gunned down while practicing baseball by one of theirs? An "obligatory" it's Trump's fault!!!! Any knucklehead who believes that should then realize just how much "reach" (and influence) Trump has (according to them!) and keep their mouth closed about Trump.
