There is no claim that the citizens of Mexico would be endangered by them returning to Mexico.

Policy schmolicy. An Executive Order to halt deportation is either legal or it's not. Unless, of course, you can show me what IB Hankering can't - the legal qualifier set forth to establish the distinction under the law.

its totally legal, the rightwingers are whining because they think it gave Obie an edge with latino votersAND most importantly they got their stupid asses PUNKED! ... months before the EO was issued Romney didnt have enough latino support to buy a fucking taco, the numbers havent changed either ... Romney had less than 26-7% then just like he does now ... its more of a Catholic-Morman issue than it is a freakin executive order.

Dumb ass! Executive Orders are used to expedite the enforcement of U.S. laws, Doofus.

Only an idiot like CBJ7 thinks the executive branch can make laws. (Hint, dumb ass, read the Constitution.)

Hey, CBJ7, what do you think of the EO I linked to? I'm sure you will be able to find someone to explain it to you.

Expedite the enforcement? What the heck does that even mean? Make the law scheduled to take effect on 1/1/13, take effect on 1/1/12? Make it so they can ignore the part of the law whereby asylum seekers need to apply for asylum?
What are you talking about.
