“The Idiot” Biden has painted himself into a corner with his asinine energy policies and his failure to instill any respect from a brutal but savvy dictator.

Didn’t Biden indicate that he and Putin had constructive talks in his several virtual conversations?

Apparently after hanging up the phone, Putin said…….”What a moron”.

This is what the US gets for electing an old, senile, stupid, inept corrupt piece of shit as President.

Live with it.

This is why Ukraine matters:
It is the second largest country in Europe by area and has a population of over 43 million persons - more than Poland by about 6 million.
Ukraine ranks:
1st in Europe in proven recoverable reserves of uranium ores;
2nd place in Europe and 10th place in the world in terms of titanium ore reserves;
2nd place in the world in terms of explored reserves of manganese ores (2.3 billion tons, or 12% of the world's reserves);
2nd largest iron ore reserves in the world (30 billion tons);
2nd place in Europe in terms of mercury ore reserves;
3rd place in Europe (13th place in the world) in shale gas reserves (22 trillion cubic meters)
4th in the world by the total value of natural resources;
7th place in the world in coal reserves (33.9 billion tons)
Ukraine is an important agricultural country:
1st in Europe in terms of arable land area;
3rd place in the world by the area of black soil (25% of world's volume);
1st place in the world in exports of sunflower and sunflower oil;
2nd place in the world in barley production and 4th place in barley exports;
3rd largest producer and 4th largest exporter of corn in the world;
4th largest producer of potatoes in the world;
5th largest rye producer in the world;
5th place in the world in bee production (75,000 tons);
8th place in the world in wheat exports;
9th place in the world in the production of chicken eggs;
16th place in the world in cheese exports.
Ukraine can meet the food needs of 600 million people.
Ukraine is an important industrialised country:
1st in Europe in ammonia production;
Europe's 2nd’s and the world’s 4th largest natural gas pipeline system;
3rd largest in Europe and 8th largest in the world in terms of installed capacity of nuclear power plants;
3rd place in Europe and 11th in the world in terms of rail network length (21,700 km);
3rd place in the world (after the U.S. and France) in production of locators and locating equipment;
3rd largest iron exporter in the world
4th largest exporter of turbines for nuclear power plants in the world;
4th world's largest manufacturer of rocket launchers;
4th place in the world in clay exports
4th place in the world in titanium exports
8th place in the world in exports of ores and concentrates;
9th place in the world in exports of defence industry products;
10th largest steel producer in the world (32.4 million tons).
Ukraine matters. That is why its independence is important to the rest of the world.

Why did Putin think he could invade and take over Ukraine? Look at who is president of the United States.

Default Don't worry, 'bout a thing. Every little thing gonna be ahhright...

I saw Chevon was up this morning on the exchange, along with NOTHING else.

Meanwhile at CNN; it's business as usual with their commercials. Both are very short (turn on volume):

https://twitter.com/i/status/1496877320937738241

They should probably run some commercials for hearing aids. Might help remediate their tone deafness...

Here is your U.S. president on the Ukraine invasion:

And that is why Putin felt he could invade and why China is thinking about doing the same to Taiwan.

Ukraine Gives Guns to Citizens ‘To Defend Our Country’

The Ukrainian government will give weapons ” to anyone who wants to defend the country”, it has said, in the aftermath of Russia expanding its war in the country’s eastern territory.

Amid reserve forces being mobilised and sent to fight the expanding Russian occupation of Ukraine’s eastern territories, the Kyiv government is taking steps to dramatically increase the supply of available fighters, promising to hand weapons to anyone willing to take up arms in defence of the nation. Joining the resistance is simple too, the government says — all you need is your passport and a willingness to fight...

Sure, a bit behind the duck and not proactive like our 2nd Amendment. But hey, better late than never I s'pose.
bit late tho.

zelensky should have started calling up the reservist like last week. they have about 900,000. its going to take some time to mobilize them.

I think he didn't think they were going to invade, just another military exercise.

looks like he fell for the FUD trick.

a 2nd wave of russians are supposed to come with current 190,000 ruskies already in the field.

this is going to be one big fuck up. to give an idea how bad this is going be. this is going to be like Chechnya in the 2nd war.

you're going to see some cities completely destroyed like Grozny was,

they've already captured chernobyl and are looking to capture anotov airport which is under fire.

exactly. that idiot comedian turned leader should have matched Russia's troop build up one for one before now. now it's too late. you also have to wonder why they couldn't suppress these russkie loving separatists by now. this has gone on for 7 years now.

of course part of the answer is that the prior Ukraine leaders were Putin stooges who were under orders from Vladski not to do this. however this latest dude was openly against Russia and had months of warnings to act but didn't. fuck him
