that the same number of actual votes - matches the
number of people checked in.
And you make sure the count matches up correctly
before you sign off on it.
... See? ... That-way Fulton County and a few other
Precincts won't have those "counting problems" and
phantom tabulations and missing ballots like they
did last time.

I see my mistake: you're talking about the “issue”; I went and read the actual law.
The law only requires a hand count of the number of paper ballots to square that number with all the electronic tabulations. That count must be carried out by three people—all three counts and the electronic tabulations must match--and can only begin when all voting at a precinct polling location is complete.
As burdensome and prone to errors as Georgia's new system is, at least they will have the physical ballots to consult to rectify those errors, so the only harm should be delay. Yours seems to put the opportunity for error on steroids, especially since the running count would be ephemeral (don't know if you're skipping the final--break the seal on the ballot box--count) and nearly guarantees confusion and delay. Of course, that may be just the "issue" you hope to create, rather than rectify.

... No need to apologise there, mate.
You DO understand WHY the reason for this, yes?
... The "match-up" was NOT done in the 2020 election.
Causing "lost votes" and WRONG number counts.
And STILL waiting to see the ballots from Fulton County.
But, we'll see 'em when President Trump orders the
Federal Investigation next year... Or when Raffensperger
rolls-over and admits that we're correct on the issue.

Wow. He understands even less than I thought he did. Not quite sure whose educational system to blame for that mess.

... Blimey! .. So, the Georgia State Elections Board has just
subpoenaed Fulton County's 2020 Election records.
Now, perhaps we'll get to the TRUTH on Fulton's double counting
procedures and other odd problems there... And the ballots that
"we" still want to see.
And lest we forget that Fani's "honey-boo" Mr. Nathan Wade
has his questioning by the House Judiciary Committee coming
Tuesday 15 October.

... The State of Georgia Elections Board may have this information
on their website, mate - or take a gecko at the Atlanta Journal
Constitution for details. ... And the House Judiciary Committee
might make mention of Nathan Wade's upcoming visit - which is
scheduled for this Tuesday, 15 October.

I asked for direct links to support your claims, not more jibber-jabber.
"May Have". "Might make mention".
You made direct statements so you should have information to support those claims.

... Obviously, I 'ave information to support me claims, mate.
I have Facts and Truth on me side.
Didja look at where I mention?
... And because you and several other mates o' mine have been
following along - I'll share some NEW facts on the issue:
Me-own Political "Insiders" have mentioned that Fani Willis
sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee in which
she conveyed that she has ordered ("honey-boo") Nathan Wade
to NOT answer any questions at his meeting with the Committee.
... So we'll have to see how that goes. ... But you can NOW
say that you heard this new information right here from Salty.
But whatever you do and wherever you go - Please Keep Reading!

Ingles por favor.
Can't even understand what you're trying to "say," ####Salty.
Break it down for us English speakers, OK?
You keep insisting you have the truth on your side but won't show anybody.
Got it.
Thanks!
As an ON-TOPIC aside, more than 200,000 cast their votes on the first day of EV in GA. I wonder how many were by illegals. Anything on that ####Salty?
Ask your political insiders.
I'll wait.

If Georgia is gonna do what salty wants, it would be months/years before they audit all the votes by hand. Neither of the parties want that.
But it seems something have been ramrodded to make an official count in short order after the polls close. Nothing said about accuracy in said votes.

Salty- I am afraid that the interest in 2020 is almost as relevant as Gore v. Bush at this point-but I applaud your effort to keep it relevant.
GA election problems are moot as to the 2020 outcome.
What should be interesting is how much push in advertising in GA that TEAM Harris is doing in GA wooing voters there; but as this thread is about election problems, I'll stick to that point.
GA was won by Biden last in 2020, and Harris is currently within a single % point of winning at the polls in GA today. A majority of women voters in GA who care about their bodily rights are going to vote blue in NOV.
If there was going to be a further audit of GA, it would already have happened. The courts are not going to litigate anything additional outside of perhaps aligning the process of voting tabulations to what is written as the law of that tabulation. There will not be some further outcome from any of these other claims that are supposed to be happening. If there is any monkey business happening due to recent flooding and changing of voting locations etc. or allowing for mail in ballots where ppl have been affected by the Hurricanes that have gone through the area.
How about problems in Georgia this year??
Will REpube-lickens accept the outcome of a DEM win in GA this year??
NOPE!
There will be even more cases in court than before and they will obfuscate the loss; claiming migrant voters, and bulk drop mail in ballots etc. It's the same as it ever was there in GA.
Imagine - a brand new election in 2024 in GA and there is still GOP folks who are denying the outcome from 2020. What Raffensberger knows and the rest of GA residents know, is that Biden won in 2020, and despite Kemps shallow support of Tantrum Trump's current run, he literally would prefer that Trump goes away and takes the whole GOP MAGA audience with him. Even Kemps choice for Lieutenant Gov Geoff Duncan doesn't want the MAGA's back. Here's a taste of Geoff's thoughts on GA.
" Geoff Duncan. Duncan, also a staunch Republican, is not only voting for Vice President Kamala Harris, but endorsed her in a speech at the Democratic National Convention, urging other Republicans to follow his lead.
"To my fellow Republicans at home that want to pivot back toward policy, empathy and tone, you know the right thing to do, now let's have the courage to do it in November," Duncan said at the DNC in Chicago. "

... Geoff Duncan?? ... Ask him where the missing ballots are.
But, no matter - Federal Investigation coming next year.
No doubt Mr. Duncan AND Mr. Raffensperger will need to
answer questions. ... But one thing at a time.
... Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas Cox has ruled that
the new ballot counting requirement by the Georga Board of
Elections will NOT be enforced. ... Not sure WHY the liberal
Georgia politicians - some Judges included - keep fighting
the simple idea of Transparency.
We already KNOW that Fulton County mis-counted ballots in the
2020 election... The Board of Elections surely agreed once
they saw "our" EVIDENCE of that.
Yet, a liberal Judge wants to force election officials to
certify the election even IF they find mis-countings or fraud.
As I mention - a Federal Investigation with Special counsel
will no doubt clear everything up.
