The reality is based on economics, the Cubans have clientele otherwise they wouldn’t make money and therefore would leave to go work elsewhere, they dominate because there’s little competition from other nationalities and the Indians love them and so do other Hispanics (who by the way are now the majority in Texas). If you’re short to the point that you don’t want dances when they come around they’ll leave it’s that easy and simple.

There are some attractive and cool Cuban girls that are gems and a lot of fun. Generally the ones that have been here for a while, learned some English, are smarter than the average have adopted a more Americanized version of club persona.

Checked into sponsoring immigrants to help fill some labor needs. Jesus, the red tape! For starters you have to apply years in advance, qualify for the quota and have exhausted every opportunity to hire that 1 of 20 Americans that will show up, pass a drug test and then work barely enough to offset their costs. That is just for starters.

Not all of them are Cubans. Some of them are from other South American countries too. As I understood from one of the girls that they applied for asylum and the government needs to approve their refugee status. They have to spend money on a lawyer to process the application. They can work only these types of jobs till they are approved. This is the only way they can pay their bills. As I observed some of them are very nice, but not easy to communicate.

I was in BDD with a fried a few days ago. He saw a girl with that olive skin that many of the Cubans have. Looking at her facial features, however, he declared that she must be from India. The woman was a 3 or 4 body-wise, as she was shaped like a toad, and her face was a 5 or 6. We agreed that she was probably hired to appease the large number of Indians who frequent the strip club, otherwise she was far the average standard in the club

Its not that easy. They take up space that other dancers could use. And they are overwelming almost every club. If you prefere a different ethnic but those can't get hired because of the cubans, then it does not matter if you tell them to leave you alone.

They make money because they will do anything for it. Often at far lower rates than others. Cheap is not always better by any means

What is the geographical distribution of the different groups? Even ten years ago, many of the white girls in the clubs came from places like Tyler, Longview, or even from across the border in Oklahoma. You must take into account the fact that dancing is a vocation for the lower income classes. It is highly unlikely that a girl born to parents living in Southlake, Frisco or Allen is going to end up a stripper. On the other hand, there are many inner city Hispanic girls for whom stripping is better than almost every other option they have..

Before the incidence of Cuban girls, Cabaret Royale was dying such a slow death that it was turned into a Hispanic club. Lipsticks was a no-go zone as it had the least attractive Mexican girls. Now all these clubs are full of beautiful Cuban girls. Do not worry though, this period will not last. The Cuban girls will get their footing and move up in American society... Then the picking might plummet to the levels they were before the Cubans started showing up

That is true ..... but when they "move up in American society" they will also take with them their inflated prices, inflated egos, shitty dancing, excessive song counting, and refusal to learn English, and no more deal breakers like the first words she says to you five seconds after sitting down "you want dance?" or "hello papi" ..... actually clubs "plummeting to the levels they were before the Cubans showed up" would be a most welcome and refreshing change and take away so much of the hassle and headache of dealing with the Cubans .....

You guys are really hard on the Cubans, and I have to agree with Dr_Womanyzer. I have no problem with them, and actually prefer them because of their up-front honesty and understanding of the game. They are gorgeous on the outside, and if you get to know them personally, they are as beautiful on the inside as well, they just come from unique and difficult circumstances. I am a regular to ones at Chicas Locas, BDD, and Dallas Cab, with both inside and outside of the club connections.

I been going to Cabaret Royale since the late 90's, and it was a stuffy and stuck-up kinda place back then in my opinion, but today's atmosphere is a bit more free. BDD is a really nice club, with something for everyone, but I do get passed by by most dancers except the Cubans, which I appreciate because I go there to spend $$ and have a good time.

Also don't put all the women in the same box because they are from Cuba. I've meet some that will go far from little money and others that will do little for a lot of money. The same can be said for the other dancers as well.

Anyway, I only visit gentleman's clubs maybe once or twice a month or less. I just hope ricks does not fuck up bdfw and bdfw has its fair share of Cuban dancers.

My experience is that they are aggressive with where thay put my hands (inside their top and bottoms and where they put their hands down my pants to watch me and see if I like it. I'm not really into extras in a club but most Cubans make it fun

I've actually tip 10$ on a 20$ dance because they were hot and fun and played really nice . No upsale or begging for drinks in my experience even on Google translate

Maybe the Cubans will cause the "other" dancers to up their game

I think most are here legally or the cities would be shutting down a lot of "illegally operate" clubs

If Ricks paid $65 million for 5 clubs in this area, what do you think the distribution of the money is? I would say that at least $40 million is for BDD. I am not sure where the other clubs would have been valued. Chicas Locas Dallas would have to count for far more than Chicas Locas Arlington because it is generally in a better building with more land for development, to say nothing of the fact that it has the highly coveted liquor license that Chicas Locas Arlington does not have. I am not sure how BDA would have been valued given that it has been closed for a long time now.
