They have failed miserably. Why will they not listen to you? Do they not understand that you know for a fact the unspeakable crimes Trump has committed that they can't find? I'll give you a hint: Michael Avenatti. See how quick and easy you can send someone to prison if you have someone who actually commits a crime?

100,000 attorneys? Haha you Trumpers are something special. You’ve got one zero too many there pal.

Whew!!
Who knew we had one of the finest legal minds on this very board?
A big THANK YOU to Professor-Attorney Jools fer proving his point "beyond any reasonable doubt." We can all stop now.
OP - can you ask a Mod to close this threAd? We're done. This fine legal argument cannot be refuted. No doubt it will be cited in law schools and future court cases for decades.
(I'll be sendin a linck to Merrick too, tellin him he's wasting his time. He's gonna be pissed - he HATES it when that happens)

Wow, this is probably their weakest case so far. They are reaching.
"The crimes that are charged in the indictment are all based on a claim that the Trump Corporation and the Trump Payroll Corporation are criminally liable because Allen Weisselberg cheated on his personal tax returns," Necheles said during an opening statement.
Drink some more of the Dem cool aid.
F..in rediculous.

Well...if his lawyer said it, then it must be true. Only Perfesser Family Jools is a more reliable legal expert.

Trump and his company have cases in 3 NYC courthouses this week
Laura Italiano
Trump lawyers will defend him and his business empire in 3 New York City courthouses this week.
Testimony is beginning in the Manhattan DA's tax-fraud case against the Trump Organization.
The state AG's fraud lawsuit is in court Thursday; jury selection is starting in a Bronx lawsuit.
Donald Trump's lawyers will be in a New York state of mind this week, when they'll argue on behalf of the former president and his company before state judges in three courthouses within the city limits.
Just one of the three cases could ultimately do Trump severe damage — New York Attorney General Letitia James' $250 million fraud lawsuit, which seeks to run him, his three eldest children, and his company, the Trump Organization, out of New York state.
Case number 4 is Corrupt Don's latest legal move move to hide his IRS Income Tax Fraud!!!
Trump asks Supreme Court to block release of tax records to House Democrats
Trump, who unlike other recent presidents refused to make his tax returns public amid scrutiny of his business affairs, turned to the justices after an appeals court in Washington refused to intervene. The court has recently rejected similar requests made by Trump.

Laura's headline
Trump and his company have cases in 3 NYC courthouses this week — but only 1 could really hurt him
The one that could hurt him. Giving people perks off the books. The guys coming forward are probably the same ones who authorized the perks for themselves. Trump won't be touched of this. At worst his corporation will need to pay fines. Which happens in many big corporations to small businesses around the country.
If you were to look in old Joe's businesses, I'd guarantee you'd find the same stuff they are trying to get Trump for. Here's a public nugget for you that no one seems to pay attention to.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...ing-shut-down/
At issue is whether the tax returns included an appropriate estimate for “reasonable compensation” that would be subject to the self-employment and Medicare taxes. The Bidens’ 2017 tax return showed about $145,000 in earnings for Joe Biden and $100,000 for Jill Biden subject to such taxes, out of income of about $10 million in S corporation revenue. Their 2018 return showed $300,000 in earnings for Joe Biden and $200,000 for Jill Biden subject to the Medicare taxes, out of about $3.2 million in income.
Old Joe is no better than, or I should say is just as good as Trump, when it comes to using loopholes to shelter money.
By the way, the loopholes he used were the same ones his hero Obama were trying to shutdown while he was using them, Hmmm.
Start the off topic crying
