What about Hill Country honey? I've heard consumption of local honey helps with local allergies. Anyone have anecdotal experience?

oldtiger, i've tried that and it didn't do a thing for me. Maybe for it would for those that don't have major problems with the cedar pollen. At least honey is good on hot biscuits.
I also heard good things about Cedar X aromatherapy, tried it this year without any luck with that stuff either.

Check out an herbal remedy called cedar X...you can get it at Integrative Healing Institute located at 3300 Nacogdoches #110...or at the forum a store called Good Stuff..It has worked great for me..
