Moment of Clarity

I am writing a response to a bad review only because it has drawn alot of attention. I appreciate the support from the guys on my end. Details in the review, such as CBJ and dark hair, led me to believe this was completely fake. I think this was the general concensus. I literally had a posted pics from a photo shoot less than a week prior to the appointment. There were just so many details that didn't make sense. http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=143243


Duck made a comment which he probably should have put in the review. Suddenly, I had a moment of clarity! I am here to clarify that I did, in fact, see this guy and probably deserved a bad review. We had miscommunication from the start. I didn't think we were meeting so I wasn't ready. After a 12 hour work day in the real world, I wasn't on my A-game because I was exhausted.

I think Duck and I can both learn a lesson here. He can learn the importance of paying better attention to detail in a review. I learned that being overly accomodating isn't always a good thing. I shouldn't have seen anyone and gotten some rest that evening.

Sorry I let you down, Duck. Happy holidays everyone and thanks for the support.

This was a great post. Heidi, you just don't know how much I admire you for setting up. Duck... the same goes for you for acknowledging what Heidi is saying. You may even want to reference this thread in your review thread and say you have seen Heidi'd post, accepted her explanation and will try again.

There are a lot of forums on ECCIE that could take lessons from the both of you!
