There is a scandal brewing in which ladies are being exploited by a website owner who has stolen an extensive number of profiles that is rapidly increasing around the U.S. and violating the U.S. Copyright Law. He has pirated quite a bit of my work, as well.

The websites are fraudulent in that there are no tools to access profiles. Most of the information is inaccurate. A user name and password ability does not exist. In fact, there is no place to register at all. It is totally impossible to remove your profile.

To make matters even worse, this guy is listed as an Offender on National Black List as an informant. Reportedly, more offenses are being filed on National Black List and Danger Zone 411. SWOP USA is being notified and more.

Beneath each and every profile is a violent and ghastly porn video with guys flicking cigarette ashes in her mouth, hitting and _ucking the girl. The images are below.

Many ladies have approached this person in chat forums on TER. He is belligerent, nasty, condescending, abusive and holds himself above the law. These same ladies have retained the emails as proof of this illegal behavior. One lady has retained an attorney.

As the parent company of Meeshee Photography, Geisha Affair, International, The Voice of the Community, has retained their team of attorneys and is taking legal action – this week. Investigations are already underway.

Geisha Affair has launched the ‘Geisha Coalition’ to bring this guy down. He is exploiting the industry and it is simply not right. In fact, he has destroyed the identities of some ladies by posting old profiles in which they showed face. Those ladies subsequently had changed their identities by either going UTR or switching to not showing face. Other ladies had to change their identities because he displayed phone numbers which they no longer display. We strongly urge ladies (and gentlemen) to join the Geisha Coalition.

I read the blog...what a supreme douche! I have had my information stolen and put up on other advertising sites without my knowledge. The information was all wrong such as my availability, services, contact info and even one was an agency using my info to purport me as a new girl. While this is rather mundane in comparison - I was still very upset because I was getting calls pertaining to ads I had no idea about and people asking about things regarding websites I had never even heard of! Free advertising, ok but I prefer to be in control of my information and my advertising and MY LIFE.

That guy, as I said, is engaging in utter douchology and will get what is coming to him. Also, might I point out - what a piece of shit making money basically doing absolutly nothing but sitting in front of a computer copying and pasting and then most likely jerking off to his own self afterwards. Geez, way to go sport!

It is not a perfect defense, but "water marking" all photography diagonally from top to bottom can at least cause those viewing to search for the facts. imho, those in the hobby should think twice before putting much of their face into any website; ditto for sharing photos with others on a private basis.

This person, named Peter, is arrogant and holds himself above the law. My images that he has stolen, for example, are watermarked. The point is that he doesn't care.

I agree with showing face. However, there are ladies out there who really don't mind showing face.

Naturally, this is the first step. However, we are pressing charges for violation of U.S. Copyright law as well. In the end, if he doesn't pay, he'll receive a judgment resulting in total destruction of his credit, scarred for life.

Did you not read my thread here? It directs you to the blog entry that talks about it. After you read the blog your question will be answered. Feel free to also comment in the blog. It's well worth it and we need your support.

Additionally, just in case you also did not read the following in this thread - if you do NOT want to support the nasty and unethical conduct of this guy, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT click on ANY of the advertisements on his websites. In doing so, you are not only allowing him to make money, but you are supporting his illegal activity - content theft, violation of copyright laws and contribution to the demise of some ladies whose identities have been damaged as a result.
