Default Ever have a bad session?

Yeah, you have.

Most of the time I have a lot of fun with ya' swarmy ol' dawgs.

But, sometimes, I don't have the best experience. I leave feeling like I didn't give enough and feel bad. Sometimes, I'm having a hell of a day and end up late. -- I do travel between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, so HEAVY traffic often arises in that drive. I definitely try to give at least thirty minutes heads up that it is going to happen if I anticipate it (based on radio blurbs) or am experiencing it.

What's the most appropriate way of dealing with this? Should I shoot an apology email? Should I just ignore it and move on?

I know traffic can be a bitch, but I also think that you should always factor in time for traffic in your plans for getting to a date knowing it is a possibility. But should this happen, you should ALWAYS contact the client as SOON as you see you might even be a few mins late. It is just common courtesy. I know between my RL job, this job and my family and friends, my time is very valuable to me. The clients have the same issues and time constraints. If they know you are running late, they can make arrangements instead of sitting there pissed off because you are running late on their dime. Communication is so important!! It can make all the difference in the world!!

Well, that's reasonable... and something I do try for.

But, I'm really talking about the realization that you come to when leaving somewhere after not having had the best time... It's not even just in regards to that, I was talking in general.

Your post is confusing then, I thought you were talking about traffic and running late?? But in any case, if you feel the session was bad due to something YOU did, then you should contact the client and offer to make it right.

Couldn't agree more.

I think it is very appropriate. This happens all the time in real life. I own a small business and when I screw something up, I fix it no matter what. If i didn't, my name would be soiled and I would loose even more business. If you think about it, almost every business in the world does this or they get sued or go under.

Best of luck and stay safe.

I agree.

If the session was not up to par because of what you did, contact him, apologize and offer to make it right.

He may pass on the offer, but he'll at least respect the fact that you knew your service wasn't up to your standards.

I agree if you feel it is something you did try to correct it. Who knows they might be having a bad day and maybe think it was something they did and it will all work out with just that lil bit of contact. I am secure enough with myself (and maybe it is my maturity as well) to convey to the gent how I am feeling. I think good communication is important in any situation. If we are in the middle of the session and I think I could do more or get that weird vibe that things are right I try to fix it then. I think the sooner you take care of these things the more understanding people will be and you don't have to sit and dwell on it later of shoulda woulda coulda

I have to agree... if you feel that the session was bad because of something you did and you think he felt "cheated" as well, then shoot him an email and offer him a "re-do special" to make up for it.

That tells him that although things weren't up to your usual standards that you take pride in a job well done and can't let bad service slide.

I guess it depends on a lot of factors in general, but if you have to ask about what would be appropriate in these cases....it may not yield toward the side of sincerity if you dont take care of that stuff timely. Situations like that are time sensitive, and anything after the fact is conviently sprinkled damage control.

So I'll just take a step and push the thread where it will go anyway....

Be timely and prompt, have honest and current pictures, give good service, and wash your booty before appointments always.

If you service was lack luster or you were habitually late that stuff is fixable, but 1st time connection is key. No matter if the second session is free who would want it. Sheed it might be worse for both.

As far as smells and clean factor...,wash you booty daily and between each client for best results. If thats not up to speed its un fixable.

Just build up a stable of consistently good reviews. All will be forgotten I'm sure.
