Thanks to all that have answered.... my main concern is if it was a misdemeanor or felony which is what some job apps look for. Not embarrassed by it... I mean she did not look like a cop

Best thing to do is to call the lawyer you 'paid' to have it remove. If you did everything they asked you to do including going to those silly classes it shouldn't be there still; in case it is you gave the guy free money.
I know how to run a background check...but it is a silly way. Err here you go: Log in sittercity.com register as a sitter(i know i know,I said it would be silly lol). When you are done with registration they propose to run your background check for $9.99.
