A homestead is exempt form seziure. But, If you win a judgement against someone, if they sell their house, you can get those procedes to pay your judgement. Also, the thread is about HDH, so yes, if they are making 10k a night, say 2 times a week that could be $1,000,000 a year. Given that income level, they WILL have something that can be sezied. And, you dont have to list what you will forfit for breaking a contract, just how much.
