Ok, I read this thread, and the sploshing thread. So I think for a good time and weight management, you should, within 30 minutes of waking up, cover your body with refried beans (protein), and ride an an elliptical while a friend licks the refried beans off your body. Then trade places. Once the beans take effect, no one will want to be close to you, and from a distance, you will look slimmer.

Wow, LOL. You are hilarious!! I once saw this porn where this girl was holding some other girl's asshole open. Meanwhile a guy was pouring a can of pork n beans in her ass. Then he fucked her ass with all those beans squishing out. Who thinks up this stuff? I HATE beans LOL

I'm genuinely curious about whether there are people who find that type of thing to be a turn on?..

Thats one thing about porn, something for everyone. Even what seems to be to pretty sick stuff at times. Doesn't mean we have to watch it all. Hey even porn fans have limits.

Aerobic excise is the key to it could be cross country skiing, cycling, running, swimming, walking, etc. The cross country skiing is hard to do in this area, unless you get a Nordic ski track, Skiing and swimming are the two best because you workout the arms and legs.

I use to run a lot and that kept my weight down. When I was running a lot I was able to eat a lot especially pasta. Now that I do not run as much I have to watch my food intake. The key thing is do aerobic exercise at least three times a week and eat in moderation. Good luck.

PS I like your most recent photo.

The gym I joined has many aerobic classes and that is one reason why I picked that gym. I also know that having variety in aerobic activity helps out. I did something today that was cardio-kickboxing. It was difficult at first but I actually feel great only a little soreness in the legs. I am also starting some weight training and swimming as well. I have classes 5 days a week and then planning on doing some swimming on the sixth day and taking a day off.

Oh countryboy if your referring to my new avatar I was just goofing around with a wig I found. I always wondered what I would look like with a mullet..lol. Thanks for the advice and the liking the pic. I have others that I am going to use as avatars but will change this one later.

When you do cardio on your own, if you use machines, mix them up. By themselves, each one gets old real fast. I would not recommend the Nordic ski track. They are good but they are expensive and once it gets boring, your investment is unused. That goes for any machine or get fit quick schemes. I know some folks prefer to work out at home. Ok for some. I prefer the gym since there is access to so much more and the only investment is the membership. You also gain support of other members, the social interaction helps on tough days.

If you do not have a lot of experience in exercising the gym approach is a good idea. Using trainer can be helpful too. I would suggest you try out the various aerobic type of exercises the gym offers. Then you may find a couple of them that you prefer. If you plan to exercise 5 days a week combination of weight lifting and aerobic exercise cross training is good. A trainer can help you build the correct balance. Start slow and build up. In addition to loosing weight and toning your body you will enjoy the increased energy level.

Did you do any horse back riding this weekend?

Regarding your photo you are welcome I am looking forward to seeing other photos. It will also be fun to see photos of a toned up Mya. Make your exercise routine fun and stick with it.

I tried working out at home and it didn't work for me. I am a very social and interactive person and I agree that the interaction and support of other members can help out. I have many workout things for the home and once I have spent the money on them there is no motivation for me but now that I pay a monthly membership I find that spending the money for the membership is in a way motivating me to go workout.

Upon joining the gym I get a free assessment and a couple of free trainer sessions that I will be using. The classes that I will be taking will be basically three days of aerobic and two days of weight training so I think I have good mix up of things to do.

No I wasn't able to go horseback riding this weekend to much stuff going on.

I can't wait to take new photos when I start losing weight. I have a long way to go but I know that it will be well worth it for my health, energy, and my looks (I am just a little vane I guess).
