Today, I was given points for making a post in the following thread.
http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=101832
In this thread I commented that the provider "looks very sweet" Then
Raphael quoated my post and said "you want her too, Kosair"
I then posted a very civil response explaining that I was not Kosair. This earned me points.
After being given points, I asked why, because I didn't know why. I was told by the mod giving points this was because I was making "co-ed" comments in a "welcome & introduction" section thread.
Well here's the rub on this, this thread WAS IN THE CO-ED SECTION. It was subsequently moved to the welcome and introduction section, AFTER my post. So essentially I have been given points for making a post containing "Co-ed" type comments on a thread in the Co-Ed section.
Again this thread started in the co-ed section and I am given points for making "co-ed" type comments, while my comment was made when it was IN the co-ed section. On top of that, my post was a direct response to an untrue allegation after I posted something nice about the provider.
This does not seem fair, I am assuming that when I was given these points that the mod was not aware that this thread started in the co-ed section? The third comment on this thread even mentions that it is in the co-ed section.
Can something be done to fix this?
Thank you.
