I'm familiar with MsSassy's pre-workout size.
I lost a tremendous amount of weight about 10 years ago, similar in challenge to what MissSassy was facing...well over 100 pounds. I can tell you from personal experience that 6 weeks is nowhere near enough time to lose that significant of an amount of weight. It took me about a year and a half of working out 2+ hours a day, sometimes 3 (got these legs from the stairmaster!), coupled with a diet that consisted of little more substance than chicken breast, fruits and veggies...
6 weeks? Impossible. Amoebic dysentery couldn't produce results that fantastic, that quickly.
She may be on the right path, but I doubt the end of the trail is near. I'd wager my legs on it.
