Im having trouble posting a provider ad

I am a provider and was desiring to post a provder ad. I try and it says I dont have permission.How may I get permission and provider status to post a provider ad. I have 1 review on here and my site is www.misskitty.lynn.webs.com . I also posted my reuest for provider ststues in ask the staff questions. Please help me. I a eager to post an ad and get responce from many fine gentlemen.Thanks for your time and for your assistance.If there is any future needs of me please do contact me.
