What is petite?
We use a number of words and acronyms; PSE, GFE, and petite. Recently I had a little problem with a member who disagreed with my use of the word "petite". Does that word denote short stature? I have seen providers that were 6 feet tall and petite. How about skinny?
I think of elvin when I think petite. Not tall, not plump. Of course plump is in the eye of the beholder but we do know what "tall" is. So what say you...

Petite should be applied only to females under 5'4", although there should be a weight requirement, it is usually left as "slender" or "thin"

I would say Cadence is the definition of petite. She's tiny!
Is petite and spinner the same thing then?

I am more in the 5'4 or smaller with proportions to match group. I don't really see a lady who is 6ft tall and skinny as petite.

As I understand it, when it comes to women's clothing sizes petite means short. My ex was a petite and would drag me into petite stores. They were full of short women and they could be skinny or wide as the doorway.

I have always been called petite because I am short at 4'11" and when I go into clothing stores there is always a 10 Petite as well as a 10 regular and I can fit both with the exception of the length. I always thought that a spinner was a person who was both short and skinny.

Petite refers to stature, not size. Petite clothing is made for short women. Petite Misses' and Petite Women's clothing comes in a range of sizes, all designed to fit the woman who is 5'4" or under.
A spinner is a chick that is 5'2 or under and weighs around 100 - 110 lbs.
