That's not necessarily a bad thing. Being young-at-heart is healthy, and nice to surprise people who expect women of a certain age to be drying-up prudes with no aptitude for fun. The English language is to imprecise for such hair splitting definitions, so there will always be room for discussion.

The thing about language is, doesn't matter what the literal definition is, or the original definition, doesn't matter what the word means to one or two people, what matters is what it means to the community at large. So if providers think it means one thing, and hobbyists take a different meaning, there is a disconnect.
