Actually I don't think those are shopped. I think it just looks really weird because her head and chest look disproportionate and mismatched. The angle of the body and head, along with proper placement of the hair would be nearly impossible to fake.

Plus she charges 400 for the hour. Takes balls to ask for that much if you can't deliver, though stranger things have happened.
